Prepare Your Heart

Following Jesus changes everything about how we see the world. Through His Spirit and His Word, God teaches us to think differently about ourselves, our circumstances, our relationships, and what matters most. Today, ask the Lord to shape your thoughts so that you increasingly see your life and the world with the mind of Christ.

Pray

  • Thank God for giving us His Word and His Spirit to help us know Him.

  • Ask the Holy Spirit to expose patterns of thinking shaped more by fear, culture, comparison, or self-interest than by Christ.

  • Pray for your children to develop a biblical worldview and wisdom to recognize what is true.

  • Pray for students who will encounter ideas and values that conflict with Scripture. Ask God to give them conviction and courage with humility.

  • Pray for parents to have wisdom as they navigate difficult conversations and questions with their children.

  • Ask God to give you the mind of Christ in a specific decision or relationship you are facing.

  • Pray for your One More. Ask the Holy Spirit to open their eyes to understand the truth and beauty of the gospel.

Ask God not simply to change your circumstances, but to change the way you see them.

One More

Reach out to your One More in some simple, intentional way today. Look for an opportunity to encourage, serve, or spend time with them.
