Psalm 67

Focus Scripture

“May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, that your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations.”
Psalm 67:1–2

Prepare Your Heart

God’s blessings were never intended to stop with us. The psalmist asks God to bless His people so that His ways might be known throughout the earth. We seek God’s face so that His grace might overflow through us to others. The mission might begin across the street, but it doesn’t end there.

Pray

Thank God for the countless ways His grace has reached you.
Ask Him to make every blessing He has given you useful for His mission.
Pray for your neighbors by name. Ask God to give you opportunities to know them, serve them, and point them toward Christ.
Pray for Asheville and the counties that make up Western North Carolina. Ask God to strengthen existing churches and plant healthy new ones where they are needed.
Pray specifically for Tanzania, Nicaragua, and India, for our global partners who are proclaiming the good news of Jesus there.
Pray for people groups and places where access to the gospel remains limited.
Pray for your One More. Ask God to make His saving power known in their life.

God has blessed us so that His blessing might flow through us.

Pray over your street, workplace, school, or neighborhood today. Ask God to show you one person you can intentionally move toward.
