STEADFAST CHURCH
OUR 2026 VISION
Discover How God May Have Gifted You to Serve
Spiritual gifts are ways the Holy Spirit equips believers to serve others and build up the church. This inventory is designed to help you recognize some of the ways God may be working through you and identify practical opportunities to put those gifts to work.
This is not a test you pass or fail, and your results are not a final declaration about your gifting. Think of them as a starting point for prayer, service, conversation, and further discernment.

What are spiritual gifts?
A spiritual gift is a Spirit-enabled capacity given to a believer for the good of others and the building up of Christ's church.
“To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” — 1 Corinthians 12:7
“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.” — 1 Peter 4:10
Spiritual gifts are related to, but distinct from, natural abilities, personality, learned skills, and Christian maturity. A lower score does not mean an area is “not your responsibility.”
How to take the inventory
Answer according to your actual experience, not who you think you should be.
What do I naturally notice or feel drawn toward?
What do I actually find myself doing?
Where have I seen my ministry help others?
What have mature Christians recognized in me?
1 = Not at all like me · 2 = Rarely like me · 3 = Sometimes like me · 4 = Often like me · 5 = Very much like me
Your Strongest Gift Indicators
Your answers suggest several areas in which God may have particularly equipped you to serve others and strengthen His church.

Lower scores do not mean “not my responsibility.” They simply did not emerge as strongly in this inventory.

Discover → Discern → Deploy
Spiritual gifts are often discovered more clearly through serving than through testing. Try something. Serve faithfully. Pay attention to fruit. Listen to feedback. Ask a mature believer, group leader, or ministry leader, “Do these results match what you have seen in me?”
Deep & Wide
So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied. -Acts 9:31
Deep & Wide captures our focus for 2026 as we seek to build up and multiply. We want to go deep by growing in our love for God through Scripture, worship, prayer, and intentional discipleship; becoming more rooted in Christ and formed by His Word. At the same time, we want to go wide by reaching beyond ourselves; praying for and inviting our one more, serving our city, and participating in God’s mission locally and globally.
